The bike had been left outdoors for years. I stripped it down to the frame, sent parts out for paint and electroplating, and rebuilt the engine: split crankcase, re-bored cylinder, new connecting rod, balanced crankshaft and new SKF bearings and seals throughout. New wiring and re-laced rims finished it off.
